Susan brings over 25 years of Information Technology experience to this engagement.  She has worked on over twenty five (25) Sarbanes-Oxley projects serving as our designated information technology consultant focused on IT controls.  A sample of those clients has included: CryoPort, ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Maxygen, Skinmedica, Inc, and Cytokinetics.  Susan’s areas of expertise include: strategic planning and management of Information Technology, Business Process Reengineering, Enterprise Resource Planning System, Project Management, and Corporate Governance.  Prior to consulting she served in various IT management positions at companies such as PRG-Schultz and ARCO Products Company/British Petroleum
